Attorneys from Kulzer & DiPadova will present their annual federal and state income and estate tax update highlighting recent developments including the Corporate Transparency Act, which requires disclosure of entity owner information beginning in 2024, updates on the Employee Retention Tax Credit,  SECURE Act 2.0 provisions effective in 2023 and 2024 and other important income and estate tax developments.

    • Subsequent meetings attended (In Person or Virtual)  -- Guest pays $30 non-member meeting registration fee at time of registration.
