​Ty Martin began his real estate career in commercial real estate brokerage after earning his MBA in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University. 2 Years Ago, he founded and became a Managing Partner for The McCann Commercial Real Estate Team (Keller Williams). Ty specializes in National Office Tenant Representation. He handles a majority of the KW office leases around the country. Ty has negotiated millions of dollars in commercial leases and sales in his career.

Steve Hanscom began his commercial real estate career 1 year ago. Prior, he had a experience in financial planning and corporate finance. He recently graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a degree in Finance. Steve specializes in office and industrial tenant representation in the Greater Philadelphia Area. He also works together with Ty on a National Office account.

We will touch on what we are seeing from a leasing perspective, size of deals, and the leverage points of the landlord + tenant.
